We want you to be completely satisfied with your air-purifying plant purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help make it right.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as when you received it
- In its original packaging with all accessories included
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Due to the living nature of plants, we understand that some circumstances may require special consideration. Please contact us if you have concerns about your order.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number
- Package the items securely in their original packaging
- Ship the return to the address provided in your return instructions
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will:
- Process your refund within 5-10 business days
- Issue the refund to your original payment method
- Send you an email confirmation when the refund is processed
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged item, etc.).
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective plant, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will:
- Arrange for a replacement or full refund
- Cover return shipping costs
- Process your claim within 48 hours
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized plant collections
- Items damaged due to improper care or handling
- Items returned after the 30-day return period
- Items without proof of purchase
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
For returns due to our error, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
